Do you have the same products at every location?
Stock quantity may vary from store to store, but we do our best to make sure all of our stores carry every scrub color, size, and brand. If there’s a color or size not present at the location you are visiting, we will happily contact our other stores to bring the scrub to the store or ship it to your home. Ask any Love Scrubs employee for help!
What is your exchange policy?
Our exchange policy varies based on the purchased item. For more details on our exchange policy, click here.
Scrubs - You will have 30 days to do an exchange for another regular priced item if the tags are attached, the receipt is present, and the item is in new condition. We do not offer refunds, only store credit or exchanges.
Shoes - You will have 7 days to do an exchange for another regular price item if they are in new condition, the receipt and packaging (box) are present.
Accessories - (including socks and stethoscopes): Are always final sale. This is mostly for sanitary reasons.
Clearance - Items are final sale.
Sale - Items need to be exchanged before the sale ends to keep the sale price.
Online - Same as in store, however shipping charges are nonrefundable, and the customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Restocking fees may apply for items not carried in store.
Why don’t you offer refunds?
We are a small business with a small business budget and cannot afford daily returns. We do offer exchanges and store credit to get you something that works for you.
Do you offer any discounts?
We offer 10% off a regular-priced scrub item when you bring in any used scrubs. It is a one-for-one discount. Items being traded in can be in any condition and can have embroidery. We also offer a hospital/vet/military/senior/student/etc. discount on regular priced scrubs, shoes, and bags.
Note: Discounts cannot be combined with any other promotional offer or discount. Customers must ask for a discount every single transaction for it to be applied.
Do you have maternity scrubs in store?
Yes, we do! We also have some suggestions that are not maternity, but work just as well.
What is the difference between Sale and Clearance?
Sale items are on sale according to brand. These are items we normally carry in store and are on sale for a predetermined amount of time as approved by the vendor. The sale applies to in store items as well as any items ordered from said vendor. Sale items can be exchanged within their sale period at no extra charge.
Clearance items are marked down by us, Love Scrubs. These are items we no longer want to carry in store because they are discontinued or we need to make room for new styles. Clearance items are final sale. If a customer wants to order a sale item that the vendor has in stock, they must pay full price and there is a 30% restocking fee for any exchanges made.
